Store subscription
Google Play: when you confirm, we ask Google Play to stop renewing your subscription. Check the Store subscription line on your receipt. If it does not say Verified or No change, cancel in Google Play.
Apple: Apple does not let us cancel for you. Cancel in your Apple subscription settings before you confirm.
Refunds are handled by the store.

Your receipt lists each deletion step and its status. "Not confirmed" means the step has no separate check shown on the receipt. Check status refreshes this tab; Save receipt downloads a copy.
Data and retained copies
What is deleted
When you confirm, we delete your account and everything stored with it in one step: your profile and sign-in sessions, plans, tasks, goals, notes, calendar connections and synced events, Body, food and workout entries, Money records, Cognito conversations and memory, the Together content you own, and your data exports. Cached copies are cleared within minutes. Your profile photo and chat photos are deleted from storage when you confirm; a photo that was still uploading is removed within about an hour. Meal photos are never kept: they are held only while the estimate runs, then deleted, and leftovers are removed within about 2 hours. We ask connected calendars to revoke our access. If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke that token and retry for up to 7 days if Apple cannot be reached.
What is kept
- A record of the deletion. It holds a one-way code made from your account ID (not your email or name), the times and the step results. It lets you check your receipt and lets us delete your account again if a backup is ever restored. It has no end date.
- Purchase records. Deleted with your account. Google Play or Apple keeps its own purchase records; to manage or refund a purchase, use the store.
- Usage counts without your account ID. AI usage entries are deleted after 90 days and daily totals after 24 months. Product usage events lose their link to your account.
- Crash reports and analytics. They carry no account ID, so deleting your account does not remove them. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days; analytics event data, kept only if you agreed to analytics, is deleted after 2 months.
- Referral records. If you joined through a partner's link, the partner's commission amount is kept without your identity.
- Other people's copies. Content that other people own stays with them, including things they shared with you in Together. Files you already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Backups
Our server keeps 7 daily and 4 weekly backups. Deleted data can remain in them for about 4 weeks, until they rotate out. The app never reads from backups. If we restore one, every deleted account is deleted again before the restored data is used.

Settings -> Export or delete -> Review account deletion.
If the link does not arrive
Links are sent only to the email of an active account. If your account is suspended, or you no longer have access to the email, write to support@ascendia.day.
