Effective 27 September 2026. Together includes invitations, pairs, shared goals and boards, avatars, posts, cheers and reactions. These Guidelines form part of the Terms. An invitation is a request, not permission to inspect another account. Share only with people and audiences you intend; check previews and per-object controls before posting. Recipients may retain screenshots or copies outside Ascendia.
Treat others with respect. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, shame, impersonate or discriminate; post sexual exploitation material; disclose another person's private, health or financial information without authority; encourage self-harm or unsafe exercise; advertise scams; spam; manipulate invitations or reactions; or infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not use Together to pressure a partner about food, weight, money, exercise, location or account access. A pair may decline, withdraw or block without explanation.
Use the in-app block and relationship controls to stop future interaction. Blocking or ending a pair should sever future in-app access to pair-only material; it cannot recall information a person already saw. Report a user or content through Together's report action and choose the closest reason: abuse, spam, harassment, inappropriate content or other. Include only enough detail for review. In an emergency, contact local authorities.
We may remove or restrict material that violates these Guidelines, the Terms or law, and may limit an account for serious or repeat abuse. We may review a report and, where appropriate, ask for context; action may vary by severity and available evidence. A report does not promise a particular outcome or timing. Reports may lead to review and proportionate action under these Guidelines.
If your content or account is restricted, contact support@ascendia.day with the relevant item and why you think the action was mistaken. We may preserve limited report or safety records where law permits, even when the related content is removed. Data requests and account deletion use the Privacy Policy.
