Effective 27 September 2026. These terms supplement the Terms of Service. Ascendia offers a permanent free account, not a trial, and a Pro subscription for specified AI work. Monthly and yearly plans are available, with the monthly option presented first. Ascendia offers no free trial and no introductory free period. Subscribe opens the Google Play billing sheet or Apple StoreKit purchase sheet directly. The exact plan, localized price, currency, tax and any store-approved offer displayed immediately before purchase in Google Play or the App Store control the charge. Do not purchase if that display differs from what you intend.
Automatic renewal: A monthly subscription renews and is billed each month; a yearly subscription renews and is billed each year, unless you cancel before renewal under the store's terms. The store may send renewal, price-change or billing notices. Discounts are not guaranteed. Changes to the offer follow the notice and acceptance provisions in Terms of Service §12. Google Play or Apple, not Ascendia, holds the payment method and processes the store purchase. To cancel, open Ascendia Settings → Account → Manage subscription, or use Google Play's Subscription Center or your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal; paid access generally continues until the current period ends unless the store or law provides otherwise. Uninstalling the app, logging out or disabling AI does not by itself cancel store billing. Deleting the Ascendia account asks Google Play to cancel a Google Play subscription on a best-effort basis, and deletion proceeds even if that cancellation fails; it does not cancel an Apple subscription. Request a refund through the store that charged you, under its process and applicable law. Google Play refund rules; Apple refund request. Nothing here limits statutory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights. If a purchase appears pending or a verification fails, check the store record and use Restore purchases before trying another purchase; contact support@ascendia.day with the store order identifier if the issue persists. Do not send full card details.
The subscription grants access to the Pro features described at purchase while the store confirms entitlement. It does not guarantee a number, quality or outcome of AI responses and may be subject to reasonable usage and safety limits disclosed before purchase. If we materially change paid features, price or terms, we will follow applicable store notice and consumer-law requirements. Check the full Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure before subscribing.
